Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments. We use this information to respond, investigate corrections and manage the enquiry. The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in communicating with readers and operating the publication. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Website operation and security
The site is hosted by Hostinger and runs on WordPress. When you visit, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error records to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. This supports our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
Cookies and current site features
WordPress uses essential cookies for functions such as administrator login and security. These are separate from optional advertising or analytics cookies. Google Analytics has not been connected through Site Kit at the date above. We do not currently offer a newsletter signup or visitor account registration. If we introduce optional tracking or new data-collection features, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before use.

Nordwai does not receive your payment card details from those purchases.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any necessary follow-up, dispute or legal obligation. Technical records and backups follow the relevant hosting and service settings. Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. You can ask us what information we hold about you and request deletion where applicable.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
